STRESZCZENIE
Autorzy przypomnieli o potrzebie diagnostyki psychologicznej u pacjentów w wieku rozwojowym
z samoistnymi bólami głowy z uwagi na znaczenie czynników psychologicznych i społecznych w
ich wywoływaniu. Omówili metody i cele diagnozy psychologicznej, akcentując znaczenie podmiotowości
pacjenta w wyborze rodzaju terapii. Przedstawili zalety metody behawioralnej i poznawczo-
behawioralnej oraz stosowanych w przebiegu terapii relaksacji, terapii poznawczej/treningu
radzenia sobie ze stresem oraz biofeedbacku. Przypomnieli o mechanizmach i obszernie omówili
wyniki dokumentujące skuteczność leczenia psychologicznego.

ABSTRACT
The authors reminded the necessity of psychological diagnosis in patients with primary headache
in the developmental age due to the importance of psychological and social factors in its generation.
They described methods and the aims of psychological diagnosis and also they stressed
the importance of individual’s factors for the selection of type of therapy. Authors presented advantages
of behavioral and cognitive-behavioral methods as well as relaxation, cognitive/trening
make out stress therapy a biofeedback. They discussed both, the mechanisms and results of the
psychological therapy.
